Dr. Crunk brings decades of experience to the field:

  • Advanced Master's in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy with an emphasis in Manual Therapy - Touro College, Long Island, NY
  • Doctorate of Physical Therapy - MGH Institute of Health Professions
  • Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) - American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
  • Certified Functional Manual Therapist (CFMT) with Distinction -Institute of Physical Art (IPA)
  • Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy(FAAOMPT)
  • National instructor - Integrative Manual Therapy Solutions (IMTS) where Dr. Crunk is Primary Instructor and Trainer for Lumbo-Pelvic Integration (LPI), Cervical-Thoracic Integration (CTI), Integrative Motion Diagnostics (IMD) and Integrative Prescriptive Exercise (IPEX)
  • Co-Owner of Crunkeyser, LLC--Comprehensive Manual Therapy Seminars.  Crunkeyser, LLC offers FMT Foundations-Clinical Reasoning for Direct Access Including Safety, Palpation and Tests as core curriculum for the CFMT Certification through the IPA.

Stacy Kuzmick 

Physical Therapist

Stacy Kuzmick PT, DPT

Dr. Kuzmick graduated from Ithaca College with a B.S. degree in Clinical Science and a minor in Gerontology. She then completed her M.S. in Physical Therapy and Doctorate in Physical Therapy with Ithaca College as well.

Since coming on staff, Dr. Kuzmick received her Functional Manual Therapy Orthopaedic Residency for the Institute of Physical Art where she completed extensive training with Tim Crunk, PT, DPT, MS, OCS, CFMT, FAAOMPT.   In addition, she has taken numerous continuing education courses such as Lumbo-Pelvic Integration (LPI), Integrative Motion Diagnostics (IMD), Functional Orthopaedics I (FOI), Functional Orthopaedics II (FOII), Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation I (PNFI), Functional Mobilization-Lower Quarter (FML LQ), Functional Mobilization-Upper Quarter and Back Education Training (BET) with the goal of becoming a Certified Functional Manual Therapist (CFMT) through the Institute of Physical Art (IPA) in the near future. Dr. Kuzmick is hardworking and loved by all her patients. We are pleased to have her on staff.

Desiree McBride

Physical Therapist



Desiree McBride, PT

Desiree graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a B.S. degree in physical therapy.  She has over 22 years of clinical experience.  She has worked with a wide variety of patients including orthopaedic, pediatric, acute care, and home care.  With every patient, Desiree's sweet nature and gentle treatment make her a favorite therapist among our patients.  Her special interests include manual therapy, muscle energy techniques, strain-counter strain techniques, and finding just the right exercises for her patients.

Gwen Jones

Gwen came to Crunk Physical Therapy, PC with several years experience in medical customer service and has been with us since we opened our doors. She handles our patient intake, scheduling, and billing plus many other tasks too numerous to list. Gwen's smiling face greets all of our patients when they walk in the door and she is always quick to offer a helping hand to those in need.
