Whether you are a middle schooler just getting started with a new sport or a seasoned athlete, at Crunk Physical Therapy we can provide sport specific strength and conditioning training to help you achieve your goals.  Not every sport requires the same training and not every "body" requires the same exercises.  Dr. Crunk has over 25 years experience working with school age athletes as well as those at the professional level. His knowledge of the anatomy and biomechanics of the human body provide an excellent foundation on which to build a conditioning program that is safe and effective and tailored to your specific needs and goals.  As a former high school and collegiate athlete himself, he knows first hand the consistency and endurance a sport demands from your body and can build your program around those demands allowing you to maximize your potential.  Each session is 100% developed and supervised by Dr. Crunk.
